No selection, no editing
Reviews are published whether they are favourable or not. We never delete a review because it is critical, and we never alter its wording.
Moderation on stated grounds
A review is rejected only if it is unlawful, insulting, off-topic, or contains personal data. The reason is given to the author.
Dated and traceable
Each review shows its publication date and the date of the experience.
Never bought, never rewarded
We do not buy reviews and we do not offer any advantage in exchange for one.
Right of reply
The house may reply publicly to a review; the reply is clearly identified as coming from MILADY.
