Privacy policy
How Globalink Trade processes personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email, telephone.
- Basket and account data needed to process a purchase.
- Trade enquiries: company, contact name, business email, country, business type, ranges, formats, estimated volume, message.
- Newsletter: email address, where you have subscribed.
- Technical data strictly necessary to operate and secure the site.
- Payment data is collected directly by our payment providers and is never stored by us.
Purposes and legal bases
- Processing and delivering orders — performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Answering trade and contact enquiries — legitimate interest, or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Newsletter — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.
- Accounting and invoicing obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Audience measurement — consent only, never set before opt-in (see the cookies page).
Retention
Order and invoicing records are kept for the statutory accounting period of ten years. Enquiry and prospect data are kept for three years from the last contact. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. The record of your cookie consent choice is kept for six months.
Recipients and processors
Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the shop: the e-commerce platform and hosting provider, the payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), the carriers used for delivery, and the email provider used to answer you. Each acts on our instructions and only for those purposes.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to give instructions on the fate of your data after death. To exercise them, write to family@miladyandco.com. Proof of identity may be requested.
Supervisory authority
